1Dial is a multi-service provider platform offering services including but not limited to AC repair, home painting, carpentry, plumbing, home cleaning, electrical services, appliance repair (refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, chimneys), modular kitchen installation, water purifier services, false ceiling, pump & motor, earthing, inverter & battery services, interior design, and web development.

2. Service Usage

Services booked through 1Dial are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.
Users must provide accurate and complete information while booking a service.
1Dial reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

All payments for services must be made through the platform or directly to the service provider as instructed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any additional costs (e.g., parts or materials) will be communicated and billed separately.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Users may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to deliver quality service through verified and experienced professionals.
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
We may offer a free re-service or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

6. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully with our service professionals.
Any misuse, verbal abuse, or misconduct may lead to suspension of your account and denial of services.

7. Liability

1Dial acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the outcome of the services.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.
Any disputes with the technician/vendor must be brought to our notice immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of 1Dial and cannot be used without permission.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data to facilitate service bookings. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law
