2. Service Usage

Services booked through 1Dial are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.

Users must provide accurate and complete information while booking a service.

1Dial reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments

All payments for services must be made through the platform or directly to the service provider as instructed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Any additional costs (e.g., parts or materials) will be communicated and billed separately.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Users may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

We may offer a free re-service or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Any disputes with the technician/vendor must be brought to our notice immediately.
